Actor Kim Yong-geon (75) was accused of attempting to force an abortion by a woman 39 years younger than Mr. A (36).
According to the police on the 2nd, Mr. A submitted a complaint to the Seocho Police Station at the end of last month against Kim Yong-gun on charges of attempted forced abortion. Person A has recently completed the investigation of the accuser.
It is known that Kim Yong-gun and Mr. A met for the first time at a drama ending party in 2008 and have maintained a good relationship.
However, it is reported that the two have been in conflict since last April when Mr. A announced that she was pregnant. Mr. A said to her dispatch that Kim Yong-geon was opposed to childbirth, and she said, “Abortion is impossible.” Regarding the background of suing Kim Yong-gun, Mr. A said, “It was because I thought it was selfish and irresponsible.”
In this regard, it is known that Kim Yong-gun was in the position that he did not expect Mr. A’s lawsuit at all, as he had told Mr.
Kim Yong-geon’s attorney told Sports Chosun, “I delivered the complaint to Mr. A that he would provide the best support for childbirth and fulfill his responsibilities, but Mr. A did not receive an answer and no contact.” I was waiting for this, and it’s unfortunate that I suddenly filed a complaint like this.”
In this regard, lawyer Seon Jong-moon, the legal representative of Mr. A, expressed his intention to continue legal action, saying, “I do not know the truth of (Kim Yong-geon)” and “(the complainant) wants to give birth safely.”
