Girl group Twice has set a new record of’the most music video of over 100 million YouTube views among girl groups in the world’.
Twice’s ‘Breakthrough’ MV on the 15th surpassed 100 million views on YouTube around 10:48 pm on the 15th. This is the 17th record in the history of TWICE contents.
By doing so, Twice surpassed the 16th record of the British female trio group Little Mix, and has the most recorded video clips of over 100 million views among girl groups in the world.
‘Breakthrough’ is the 5th Japanese single released in July 2019. The song stands out with intense choreography and chic charisma, and the single has been hotly loved locally, surpassing 250,000 copies in Japan within a month of release.
Twice is scheduled to make a comeback with the new mini album ‘Taste of Love’ on the 11th of next month.
