Gong Yoo made Bae Doo-na laugh by showing a mischievous expression even while watching the story seriously. The chemistry is possible because it is Bae Doona and Gong Yoo who call each other Heukseom and Baekseolgi.
‘Sea of Silence’, which the two are filming together, is a mystery thriller that takes place on the moon for the first time in a Korean series. It depicts the story of elite crews who leave for a research base abandoned on the moon on a special mission in a near-future earth ravaged by the depletion of essential resources.
Bae Doo-na takes on the role of renowned space biologist Song Ji-an, while Gong-yong takes on the role of Han Yun-jae, the youngest researcher at the State Aviation Administration. Jung Woo-sung participated as a producer.
