The derma cosmetic brand ‘Dr.G’ recently selected Sungchan, a member of the global idol group NCT, as its brand model. As a member of the group NCT, Sungchan is receiving attention from various fields such as entertainment programs as well as active music activities.
Among small and medium-sized cosmetic companies, there are recent cases of idol groups being selected as advertising models. These companies are planning to advance into the global market through star idol groups and members who are well-known not only in Korea but also abroad, in relation to the continued ‘Korean Wave’ flow worldwide.
